Our bed wasn't made when we returned to our room on Saturday and we weren't given additional shampoo or conditioner. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Only thing that was bad was breakfast. I came down at 8:15 and wanted toast and yogurt and you were out of both already or never had any to begin with.
